Have you recently tested positive for COVID-19?

Many workers are unaware that there is a law in California that presumes you contracted COVID-19 at work if you worked within 14 days of your positive COVID-19 test or symptoms.

Your employer has to prove you did not contract COVID-19 at work, not the other way around.

Many people do not realize they have severe or lingering effects from COVID-19. I have personally seen lung x-rays that show scarring in the lungs in a COVID-19 positive patient who had absolutely no symptoms.

Did you know that the same thing happened 60 years ago with asbestos exposure?  There was scarring, but the victims didn’t develop mesothelioma for 17 years.  What will COVID lung scarring do to you in the future?
