Every case is different, but our goal remains the same: maximum recovery for our clients, whether monetary or health.

Every case is different, but our goal remains the same: maximum recovery for our clients.

We fight denied claims to get our clients the recovery they deserve.

We pursue full compensation for injuries caused by repetitive work.

We transformed a low offer into a fair settlement by standing firm and fighting for what our client truly deserved.

Sometimes a lot of money right now isn’t the best option, young high earners may need an attorney who will make sure you can keep your job if that’s what is best for you.   An attorney that understands that your future is more important than higher attorney’s fees is rare and hard to find.  We believe a complete recovery is better than any amount of money.

How long do I have to file a claim?

You should always try to report your injury to your employer right away and get the medical attention you need as soon as possible.  However, there are situations where an employee did not report the injury right away, let’s discuss it to see if you are still within the timeframe.

If you were injured at work and your claim is denied, you can appeal the insurance company’s decision.  It may be in your best interest to hire an attorney, the appeals process is complicated and can be hard to navigate on your own.

No, your employer cannot fire you for filing a workers compensation claim.  If you are terminated for filing a workers compensation claim, be sure to let your attorney know immediately, there are strict time limits to take action.
